Yes they left open half of Lake St. but not Chicago Ave. The “seedy retail businesses on Chicago lost 100,000s in sales. The bridge was to be rebuild at the same time, but some moron say lets wait 3 to 4 months and then rebuild it. Because of this, it cost the taxpayer $ 552,000 more and the businesses lost more.
When they did rebuild the bridge, it was behind in the timetable that the Mayor had and the city worker had to work 16 to 18 hrs a day to catch up. In doing so there was a cave-in and a city worker was almost kill, only because the Mayor wanted to have is Grand Opening of the project.

The Businesses along Lowry Ave is no doubt Businesses of color. I think you can see where I’m going with this. The city wants the businesses in Minneapolis to police the sidewalks outside their store, but don’t want the business owner to be trained in the use of a firearm. So Dear Mr. Business Owner: Please go out and do the job of the police, because I don’t have many police officers to help you. If you get shot for doing the job of the city, let me say now sorry that you are dead because I can’t lead the city of Murderapolis as your loving Mayor. Sign R.T. No Nuts.
