Some things, you just can’t put on an iPod…. Picture: Dim lighting, padded chairs, elegant paintings, wall to wall candles, and a 3 foot space on the floor between you and your favorite local band. Sol Sessions is an experience unique to Minneapolis, like a coffee shop, before they were famous!
This experience only happens every-other Thursday and showcases Minneapolis’ hottest bands in a refreshing and informal setting. This “Unplugged” evening will give fans and new listeners an opportunity to meet the bands on a more personal level and interact before the concert and during the set.

The Show: Each Sol Session begins for happy hour at 6pm. Guests are greeted at entry by the hosts and can either approach, or request to meet the band. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to meet the bands and musicians that make the MN Music Scene great and to ask them about national and international touring. Music begins promptly at 8pm. Although each Session follows this format, the bands are in charge of the evening, so make sure you have a song to request, expect the unexpected, and you will not soon forget this performance!
