Clay Squared to Infinety's (34 NE 13th Ave., Minneapolis
www.claysquared.com) event features unique interpretations of 'the ornament' by more than 20 locally and nationally recognized artists working in ceramics, metal, fibers, mosaic, polymer clay, stained glass, paper and more. From traditional tree-hanging baubles to over-the-top, over-sized ornament-inspired pieces -- there's something to fit everyone's idea of decoration for the holiday season in this exhibition.

We love our books, we love to talk about them, and there simply aren’t enough places to wear fancy dresses so... we host a fabulously fun evening at Fairy Godmother once a month to talk about highlighted great books and wear gowns. There is a $5 book group fee but if you wear a gown, it’s free. (Fellas in formal attire are free too.)
