The ArtCars are at it again in this annual pilgrimage to the frozen "streets" of the Art Shanty Projects on Medicine Lake. Check out everyone's favorite ArtCars and other wheeled contraptions as they bundle up and brave the cold to bring the only parade in the world to take place on a frozen lake (that we know about). From 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., spectators will enjoy coffee and hot chocolate fresh from John Sherrell's Coffee Gallery. The Art Shanty Projects, presented by The Soap Factory, are part art gallery, part residency and part sculpture park, inspired by the tradition of ice fishing and ice fishing houses used in the Minnesota winter.
